December UPDATE

Where has 2019 gone!?!

Important upcoming dates

UNIFORM UPDATE

As it stands the uniforms (singlet, shorts & longs) shipped yesterday Dec 2nd and we expect them by the end of the week. The warm-ups are scheduled to ship on December 12th

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Christmas Party is on Dec 21st at 12pm at the gym. I will send an e-mail from Emily Hache and Chloe Echegoyen, who have been wonderful in helping to organise the party. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

PHOTO DAY

Is Dec 7th at 2pm. The boys are REQUIRED to wear their Competition Singlets and Longs (**level 4 – black shorts and t-shirt) Uniforms to arrive by the end of the week.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

Reminder that there is no practice on Dec 24th & 25th for Christmas. Also Dec 31st and 1st for New Year. Please double check with your personal coach for any schedule changes over the holiday weeks as each group may be on a different schedule. GW is CLOSED Dec 24th , 25th, 31st and Jan 1st . Repeat, CLOSED. That means NO classes. The gym is not open. No one will be there. Don’t send your son. I’m not kidding, this is not a joke, the gym is closed completely. To the office, tell everyone that the Boys have no workout on Dec 24th , 25th, 31st and Jan 1st .

In more news, schedules for our competitions are beginning to come in. As soon as I receive information I will post it in the same spot (NEWS) so that you all can access it quickly. So please continue to check the website! Or subscribe to receive NOTIFICATIONS when I post.

The older boys had a great Optional Clinic last weekend in Huntington Beach. This is the first time GW has attended the event and we will definitely return next year. It was a great opportunity to meet College coaches from Cal Berkley, Michigan, Arizona State and Minnesota University. It was also great to see the other gymnasts from around the state and work with the top coaches.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!
