HEAD COACH
Wade Petersen
Wade began his gymnastics career in Melbourne, Australia at 4 years of age. A Junior National Champion and Australian Team Member, he represented Australia at numerous International competitions around the world.
Studying Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and Sports Science at RMIT University in Melbourne, Wade cut his gymnastics career short when he was invited to join the internationally renowned Cirque du Soleil based in Montreal, Canada. After travelling the globe performing, Wade returned to his hometown of Melbourne to take up a coaching position at the Victorian High Performance Centre.

Part coach, mentor, sports psychologist and administrator, Wade is known as an innovator in the sport and technician with a deep understanding of gymnastics. He was a member of the Australian National Team Coaching Staff.
