Training Schedule

Recommended Training Times

Choosing the right amount of training is an important part of gymnastics. Too much can cause burn out and injury, too little can lead to unpreparedness, injury and safety concerns. Below is a list of our recommended training times. It is a guide to help understand the requirements of being a part of the GW Boys Team. Please consult with your coach to confirm your individual training times.  The weekly training schedule below reflects the maximum training times for each level.
